Shipping Charge
At checkout, type in your zip code, and we will provide you with an estimated shipping charge for your order.
Shipping time
The standard delivery time would be 4-7 business days after production complete. (For more information regarding the made-to-order production time, please visit made-to-order section)
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process.
Tracking number
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.
Domestic shipment
We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping for these locations.
International Shipment
At this time, we do not offer international shipment yet. However, if you are an international customer who would like to place an order, please email us directly at dayokistore@gmail.com. We will manually handle your request.
